Alerts (weather and disasters)

Official weather and disaster warnings in force for a district: IMD's nowcasts (thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain for the next three hours), the state disaster management authorities' alerts on NDMA SACHET, and earthquakes the National Center for Seismology reports close enough to be felt.

Checked against the official release This kind is live: the Open Telugu worker checks the sources every 5 minutes and writes a new revision whenever a state's list changes. Apps check it every hour while open.

Every alert carries its expiry; an app stops showing it when the time passes, even offline.

One file per state

The latest revision of each state is named in the index: /v1/index.json
